Train to Gain

Train to Gain is the Governments flag ship service to help employees of all sizes and in all sectors get the training, advice and support they need.

The service was launched nationally in 2006 and so far more than 88,000 employers have benefitted from the service, and 186,720 employees have achieved a level 2 qualification.

How can The Derbyshire Network Help?

For your business to grow you will need to develop and train your staff at all levels.

The Derbyshire Network is an LSC approved lead Train to Gain provider, who through its consortia has access to 17 selected training providers working across all sector areas.

These Providers will be able to:

• deliver flexible and responsive training to suit your individual business needs.

How it works?

The Derbyshire Network Consortia can access Government funding for member providers to work with you to upskill your workforce.

We have achieved some of the highest success rates across the East Midlands with learners who have been part of the Train to Gain initiative.
