The Derbyshire Network Extraordinary General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2010 Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named company will be held at The Derbyshire Network, Victoria Place, Victoria Road, Derbyshire DE5 3FW on Wednesday 27th January 2010 at 12.30 pm for the purpose listed on the enclosed Agenda.
The 2010 EGM will commence at 12.30 pm.
No paper voting will take place all votes will be registered by a show of hands.
The Derbyshire Network is therefore very pleased to invite you to its EGM at The Derbyshire Network on 27th January 2010 at 12.30 pm
The EGM will be preceded by a Network Communication Event which starts at 9.00 am and finishes approximately at 12.15 pm (details will circulated via email in due course). Lunch will follow the EGM at 12.45pm
