The University of Derby offer a variety of academic and vocational qualifications.

Courses are available for:

• Undergraduate: courses leading to HNC, HND, Foundation Degree, Degree or professional
• Postgraduate: courses leading to postgraduate and professional qualifications
• Research: undertaking research with the University
• Part-time Courses
• Short Courses and Courses for Business: courses for individuals and businesses
• Further Education: post-16 education, offered at the Buxton campus
• Mature Students: over 21? There is a dedicated Access and Further Education Centre to mature students
• E-learning: take the chance to do a course over the Internet

The University has four main schools:

• School of Arts, Design and Technology
• Derbyshire Business School
• School of Education, Health and Science
• University of Derby College, Buxton
