For the Provider, Member and Network areas the website holds details about users for log-in purposes. These details are used to provide
you with a privileged level of access and allow the Derbyshire Network to contact you if necessary to provide system support.
We do not use cookies in the public area of the website for collecting user information and we will not collect any information about you except that required
for system administration of our web server unless explicitly requested. Personal information is collected in the Young People - Application section, how this
information is used is described fully in that section before any details are collected.
Cookies are used in the Provider, Member and Network areas to simply identify a user as having logged-in - no further information is collected and stored
in the cookie.
If you choose to complete any of our on-line forms e.g Young People - Application section, The Derbyshire Network will only use the information in the
way described before the information is submitted.
We may pass your details on to our Partners - The Derbyshire Connexions
Service, Derbyshire Education and Business Partnership, Learning and Skills
Council, Jobcentre Plus and Training Providers that the Derbyshire Network
represents in the course of dealing with your request. These parties are
