The course involves completing real projects designed to bring about change
or improvements at work. These can cover any area e.g. health and safety,
procedures or ergonomics. You should have some management responsibility
and be able to communicate well at all levels, as you will be expected to
arrange and lead discussions. Training will be on a one to one basis in-company,
so you will have to be organised and committed to the course in order to
meet deadlines.
