You will be trained in all aspects of Retail and Sales, including customer contact, handling stock, processing sales and dealing with complaints. You do not need formal qualifications but you should be prepared to work hard, be clean and tidy, have a friendly personality and willing to learn.

You will be placed in a local company and depending on the programme that you follow, the training could take place entirely in the work place or you could spend time at college or at a training centre.
