The 2016 D2N2 Business Breakfast Series runs from Tuesday 11th October through to Wednesday 23rd November, 2016.
Featuring a TV business guru, the Chief Executive of one of the UK’s largest outdoor visitor attractions and the owner of a unique sports fitness centre will be among the special guest speakers at this year’s D2N2 Business Breakfasts.
This annual series of events run from 8:30am until 10:00am and provide businesses an update on work being done to grow jobs and the economy across Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
Each event will feature speakers for the D2N2 LEP – including its Chief Executive David Ralph or Chair Peter Richardson – and senior LEP officers speaking on its activities; including a strategy to make the best economic use out of a proposed HS2 line through Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, European funding projects, skills and employment development, the funding of the area’s economic infrastructure, the D2N2 Growth Hub’s activities to help businesses, and on environmental work.
The free Business Breakfasts will also include guest business speakers from the area in which the events are held, talking about their experiences and companies, and what help they believe business needs from regional and central bodies to flourish.
There are six events in the series and all are free to attend with breakfast and light refreshment provided. You can find out when and where the events are taking place here: D2N2 Business Breakfast Series 2016
