TDN Annual Conference 2017 Review

Last Friday saw The Derbyshire Network AGM and Annual Conference take place.

Held at The Derbyshire Hotel, we had assembled an excellent mix of speakers form organisations such as AELP with Chief Policy Officer Simon Ashworth, Richard Kirkland from our local LEP - D2N2 and experienced inspector Maureen Deary giving delegates some guidance around Ofsted inspections, all finished off with the energising Luke Staton, a motivational speaker and performance coach injecting an infectious hour of a different way of thinking and how the use of language can shape the way we see our future.

We hope you found the speakers informative and interesting and you left the event with some insight in to the current and developing picture both nationally and regionally.

Each year we try to organise an event that matches the needs of our membership, and I will be emailing all attendees a link to the conference feedback questionnaire so I would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes of your time to complete this so we can plan next year’s event deliver the content you want.

Many thanks to those that attended and we look forward to welcoming you to an even better event next year!
