One of your fellow members of the network, KTL works in partnership with a social enterprise called Brand Recovery based in Derby. Jointly, KTL and Brand Recovery provide education, training and improved employment prospects to vulnerable groups including drugs, alcohol, mental health and offenders. Learners aged 19 or over who are unemployed undertake fashion & textile qualifications in addition to employability and English/maths qualifications. Involvement in Brand Recovery builds skills and opportunities that support learners to overcome their problems and get back on track with their goals.
The great news is, Brand Recovery has been shortlisted for this year’s Aviva Community Fund and are asking for your help! The overall winners of the Aviva funding will be decided by a public vote and they would be really grateful if you would consider registering to vote on the Aviva website and offering Brand Recovery your vote.
The deadline for votes to be submitted is the 18th of November and it only takes 5 minutes to register and vote. The link to the Brand Recovery page is:
You can also get involved with Brand Recovery in any other ways such as the donation of waste material etc and they would love to hear from you. You can email the team on email@example.com
