This qualification will enable learners to develop the knowledge and skills needed when supporting teaching and learning in primary, secondary or College. It covers a wide range of areas including children and young people’s development, supporting those with disabilities or special educational needs and communication and professional relationships.
Who is this course suitable for?
Anyone who is or would like to work in a role supporting students learning in a school or college environment
What are the entry requirements?
Our only requirement is that you should be 19 years old or over and resident in England.
How is it assessed?
Your tutor will assess you using a range of methods, from written assignments to direct observation in the workplace.
Do I need to be working to take the course?
A work placement is required for the full certificate.
