It’s a qualification in its own right and also forms the knowledge and competency elements of the Advanced Management Apprenticeship and supports delivery of the Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship standard.

What are the entry requirements?
Our only requirement is that you should be 19 years old or over and resident in England.
How is it assessed?
Your tutor will assess you using a range of methods, from written assignments to direct observation in the workplace/ work placement.

A work placement is required if not already working in this area
